Planning Principal Secretary, Saitoti Torome arrives at the Kenya School of Government for the official Opening of the first E-NIMES /E-CIMES rollout workshop for the National Government Technical Staff.

The PS was welcomed at the KSG by the Director General Prof. Ludek Chweya.

In his welcoming remarks, KSG DG Prof. Ludek Chweya emphasized that Planning made the Countries in the West developed faster than those in the East. Prof. Chweya said the power of Planning has a history since the times of Industrial Revolution.

Prof. Chweya said this today at KSG while addressing participants attending the first E-NIMES/E/CIMES rollout Workshop.

The State Departments represented include: Planning; Treasury; Early learning and Basic Education; Vocational Training; Health; Water; Petroleum & Mining; Environment and Forestry; Tourism; Defense; Cooperatives; and Energy among others.
